GrowthX Payments & Refund Policy
Services
All payments are final. Once a deposit has been completed, it cannot be reversed. Your balance must be used for placing orders through GrowthX.
By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback for any reason. Any disputes or chargebacks will result in:
Immediate termination of your account,
Cancellation of all future orders, and
Removal of any followers, likes, or views already delivered.
No refunds or cancellations are available once an order is placed. If an order is non-deliverable, the amount will be refunded as credit to your GrowthX account balance, not to your original payment method.
Orders placed with private or incorrect account links do not qualify for refunds. Please confirm your account is public and all details are correct before placing an order.
Fraudulent activity (such as using stolen or unauthorized payment methods) will result in immediate account termination. No exceptions will be made.
Do not use more than one provider at the same time for the same social media account. Doing so may cause delivery errors, and GrowthX will not be responsible for inaccurate totals or issue refunds in these cases.

By placing an order with GrowthX, you automatically agree to all the terms listed below, whether you have read them or not.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms of service at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms before placing an order to ensure you are aware of any updates.
You agree to only use the GrowthX website and services in a manner that complies with the Terms of Service of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter (X), or any other social media platform.
All service rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy will remain in effect regardless of rate changes.
Delivery & Refill GrowthX does not guarantee delivery times or drop rates for any service. Delivery times provided are estimates only. Orders that are still processing will not be refunded due to perceived delays. Services that do not include a refill guarantee are non-refundable and non-replaceable, even in the event of a 100% drop. Please select services that include a refill option if protection is required.
GrowthX always strives to deliver exactly what is promised. However, we reserve the right to adjust a service type if we determine it is necessary to complete your order successfully.
Account Suspension & Abuse Any malicious or abusive actions may result in account suspension. Users will have the opportunity to use their remaining balance before suspension takes effect. Creating a new account after suspension will result in immediate termination, even if a balance exists.

Misrepresenting artificial engagement as genuine,
Posting or encouraging fake reviews or testimonials, or
Using GrowthX services in ways that mislead customers, followers, or business partners.
